When the learning gives benefits?

Output of learning should be some change. When we want from people to do change, ones needs to:

-understand and accept claims, compare with past experiences, and answare a lot of other questions, howto some choice support my needs, needs of group ? … This process is represented on neurobiology level rearanging neural network of the brain.

-understanding of change isn’t enough, people have natural aversion to any change(somebody bigger other lower) because change means “go away from comfort zone” and so change take more energy from brain thain following customs. The best way howto decrease aversion against change and increase success from implementation change is in practice of learned knowledges.

Our approach to trainings and our uniqueness

Our approach to trainings is based on 2 basic pillars:

1. understanding: answare questions WHAT? WHY? HOW? WHEN?

Most trainings is focused on WHAT and HOW, but in practice ocures a lot of problems when it’s needed little modifications in HOW procedure. So as a result misunderstanding WHY and WHEN can recommended solutions lead to worse situation.

We stimulate participants of our courses for using common sense so it stimulate dialogue, and it lead to understanding essence of things.

Therefore our recommended solutions (WHAT) try to argument on science basis and practical experiences from bigger group of subjects(WHY,HOW) with specifying WHEN this recommendations have sense(with speaking conditions, context when it works and when not).

2.Practice: We know that only theoretical courses are useless because for change implementation it’s needed beside understanding also practice which highly support “going away from comfort zone”. Therefore in our courses gives highlight practice under theory.
